Tim Desautels has spent most of his life in Calgary and after graduating from the University of Calgary with an Economics degree he went on to various management positions in retail grocery with Loblaws in Alberta and BC. Tim bought his first rental property over 20 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. Through the years, he has invested in duplexes, 4-plexes, and single-family homes. He’s purchased properties on his own, used joint venture partners, used lease options to acquire properties, and been involved in larger projects dealing with the construction of houses and townhomes. Tim is happily married to his wife Janet and has 4 children.
