Azad Chandler grew up in Sydney Australia, far from the snow and cold of the Great White North. His first passion was to become a culinary artist. At a very young age he was cheffing in some of Sydney most prestigious hotels and restaurants but decided to move to Canada after meeting his future wife Melanie, and to explore new investment opportunities. He started out with a 3 bedroom condo in Sydney, Australia and over the years has invested in single family homes, duplexes, suited homes, purchased with lease options, agreement for sale contracts and has been involved with multi-family construction. He set down roots in Calgary, married Melanie, and now has three lovely children. He still has many joint venture partners and owns property in both Canada and Australia. Azad has a knack for identifying great investment properties and matching them up with the right investors in record time. His outstanding people skills, combined with a no nonsense approach to property analysis, has led to the success of hundreds of real estate investors form all over Canada.
