We have been assisting clients legalize basement suites for a number of years and have seen mixed results when leaving the entire process up to contractors or, have had home owners go through a lot of unnecessary stress when doing the job themselves. We decided to involve ourselves to ensure the job is done right.

Depending on the size of the job, we may be visiting the site many times, inspecting quality, and are in constant communication with the homeowner and contractors until successful completion.
